Queues, allocation, timing and what happens after you claim.
Drops open at a fixed time. Everyone who joins before the opening moment enters a randomised queue.
- Queue position is randomised, not first-come
- One edition per account unless stated
- Unclaimed editions return to the pool after 15 minutes
